He was most recently President of the Mercy Hospital System, Toledo, Ohio, Physician Hospital Organization. He currently maintains a national consulting and expert witness practice in health insurance and managed care; hospital / physician credentialing and management and hospital administration. He has testified in numerous depositions, hearings, arbitrations and civil proceedings.
